About Me

Every Business Can Benefit from a Consultant

When I opened my first business, I had little business knowledge. However, I was eager to be independent and leave the 9-5 business world. I had a bit of savings left over after starting my business, and I ended up losing money for a couple of months in a row after we opened. I almost called it quits, but I decided to first try seeking help from a business consultant to see if my business was worth saving. He showed up and immediately showed me where I was going wrong. I was paying much more for supplies than I had to and even over-paying for shipping, which was a huge cost for me. He helped line me up with a new vendor and shipping company. My business finally started making money! I wanted to help other business owners out there by starting a blog. Come back for more tips!

Utilizing Social Media And Coupon Codes For Market Analysis

As a business, you may be looking for ways to increase your knowledge about your customers and how your clientele utilizes your business. More specifically, you may be interested in which of your product performs the best, what products your customer base is interested in, and where people are finding your company. Finding out all of this information is easy to analyze, with the help of coupons. Here is how you can use coupons and social media to perform market analysis.

Utilize different codes on each site

The first step that you want to take is to use different codes on each site. Offer different, or slightly different codes and links for each of your social media pages. Once you look at which code was utilized the most and which social media page provided the most sales conversion, you may be able to determine just how your social media web page are engaging customers and changes that should happen to each.

Determine if referrals are working

Referrals from loyal customers are the best type of referrals for businesses. Offer loyal customers the option to earn money or coupon codes by sharing codes to their friends. Often, people will befriend those who have the same interests as they do, both in real life and in social media. By offering loyalty discounts, you can determine just how much interest is being garnered by those who are already utilizing your business. If this is working, more engagement, via sharing social media posts of your customers with your products may increase your business.

Make the case for your brands fit

As a new company, you may need to figure out how to market your company. This can largely be determined by where others feel that your product and brand fits. You brand may be the affordable alternative brand or it may be labeled luxury products. Your company can be a small, family owned business with friendly reputation or the wild-child, tech-heavy start-up. Where you fit inside of the market will heavily determine by your positioning in the market. Releasing coupon codes to specific markets will help you figure out just where you are in the midst of many different brand identities. Creating a company that lends itself to its customer's ideas and needs one of the best methods of success. This means that you will need to continue to lend your brand identity to the market that loves (and orders with) you most.
